The Archer Hotel | New York City

A few weeks back Cheralee and I had the pleasure of staying at The Archer Hotel as part of our collaboration with Lord & Taylor. As we needed to shoot in Bryant Park a number of times through the day/night, The Archer was an obvious choice as it is just a short stroll from the park. ……

I’ve been lucky to stay in quite a few hotels in New York, and I have to say that The Archer is definitely one of the better and one of my favourites. The Archer is everything that one would expect for a 4 star Midtown boutique hotel, fabulous rooms, comfy bedding, amazing amenities (um, hello in room Nespresso machine!), however it was the staff and service that really stood out to us as . Oh, that and the view of the Empire State from our room – that was pretty amazing!

  …..Another favourite of ours was the Spyglass Rooftop Bar which is located on the 22nd floor of The Archer. If you’re looking for a rooftop bar in New York City that isn’t ridiculously packed that you can’t move, and with some of THE best views of the Empire State, than Spyglass is for you. Not to mention the food and drinks were delish; Cheralee and I are still talking about the cheese platter a month later!
