This is one of my favourite outfits that I wore during this months New York Fashion Week. This winter living in New York, I’ve really only stuck to wearing skinny jeans, and was beginning to feel a bit restricted in different ways that I can wear them. So I decided that this fashion week I was going to branch out, get out of my skinny jeans comfort zone, and try and wear different pairs that I would normally never wear.
If you follow me on Instagram, you might of seen me wearing this pair of jeans which had me feeling a little pirate-like, as well as these which have more of a flare bottom. Along with these Mother jeans that I’m wearing in this post, I successfully pulled off (in my opinion), 3 different looks in 3 different pairs of jeans that weren’t skinnies!
Even though I still do love to wear my skinny jeans, I feel like my wardrobe has had a refresh, and I’m enjoying matching my new crazy bottom pants with my existing wardrobe. They also surprisingly go very well with most of my winter ankle boots, which I was worried about.
To match with these Mother jeans, I layered a The Kooples blazer with a faux fur jacket, and went for gold and black accessories. My gold and black watch from Cluse (my favourite watch of theirs!) went perfectly with this outfit, and added a touch of luxury to the outfit! They have the best range of colours and styles to add to any outfit.
I’M WEARING: Cluse Watch | Mother Jeans | The Kooples Blazer | Jack Faux Fur Jacket | Jo Mercer Boots | Henri Bendel Bag

thanks gorgeous!
I admit I get a bit sick of wearing skinny jeans all the time too. Finding alternatives is worth it, these are great. Loved your NYFW looks!xx Jenellewww.inspiringwit.com
