Thanks to Pantene for sponsoring this post.

I’m back from my Euro trip and feeling more energized than ever. For those of you who follow me on social media you know that I got engaged in Paris, yes in PARIS. I’ll definitely be doing a blog post soon and posting our engagement photos, stay tuned!

My Euro trip was amazing. I went from Berlin, to Venice, to Paris, and then to the French Alps. Traveling in different climates definitely has an impact on my fine hair, it was drier than usual particularly in the snow. Now that I am back in NYC, my body is adjusting back to the eastern time zone and my hair is adjusting back to NYC climate, but as it is still winter here my hair needs some TLC.

My now fiance’ and I decided to take a staycation here in NYC at the Ludlow Hotel. Their bathrooms are gorgeous here, actual #goals and of course I decided to take full advantage and treated myself to a self-care day. I just HAD to take a bath here. I put on a face mask and decided to tackle my dry hair issues, using the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots! Did you know these are currently the #1 selling new treatment in the haircare category? Before I used these, I started with the Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo because your girl has some thin hair. I have a lot of it, but it tends to fall flat very quickly and when I’m running around these NYC streets, I need my hair to be durable for all my shoots and events. This shampoo contains nutrients and antioxidants and it helps give me a natural volumized look.

After I shampoo, I use the Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots I mentioned earlier. This is basically a conditioning treatment which you can also take on the go with you (perfect for my lifestyle), and this little shot does so many things! It targets damaged parts of your hair and helps prevent split ends. Depending on what kind of hair you have, you can use the entirety of one tube if you have thick hair or put it to a few uses if you have thinner hair like myself. You simply apply the single-dose tube for 30 seconds and then rinse off. The Pantene Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots are also really affordable, $6 for 3 tubes! And my hair is looking silky and rejuvenated more than ever, but still with heaps of volume. What every girl wants, right?

You can get your hands on these now at CVS here.
