The London West Hollywood

This afternoon was spent reminiscing my recent trip to America, astonished that it has already been 2 months since New York Fashion Week (where has the time gone!?). I found myself going through pictures of the time we spent in LA and during our stay at The London West Hollywood, and realised that I just had to post about how beautiful this place is. Although we stayed in some amazing places along the way, this is by far the nicest and most homely hotel I’ve stayed in, and I wanted to share with you some images myself and Rebecca from Mode Talent took during our stay.

Our time in LA was spent relaxing by the pool on their rooftop and catching up and meeting new friends. It was funny to us that the majority of people recommended either catching up for drinks or dinner at The London before they even knew that we were staying there, and that is something coming from Los Angelites. But this place is really one of the ‘IT’ places around LA.

Breakfast at The London was one of my favourite times of the day as we were treated to a selection of cheeses, meats, quiches, fresh fruit etc, decadently arranged by the famous Gordon Ramsey, but one of the things that really took me back about this place is the views from not only their rooftop pool but the balconies in each room. I could have easily spent our 3 days on our balcony gazing out at LA in the distance, but the pool (and shopping on Rodeo Drive) kept calling my name!

We had known that we were going to be in for a treat from the wonderful time that we had at The London New York (see the post I did here), and when we arrived we were not disappointed in the slightest. The staff were incredibly helpful attending to our every need (not that we had many lounging around the pool all day). We had heard that there was a resident bulldog (see below) owned by one of the staff members who kindly bought him (or her?) into work the next day for us to play with, and we just loved the idea that this hotel is pet friendly and that you can actually bring your dog and have them stay with you. That is definitely my idea of the perfect holiday!
