I just love the neutral colour palette in this living room. As much as I love a more modern, minimalist, monochrome room, I think a neutral living room such as this one looks so much more homely and comfortable, although this room looks way too perfect to sit in and mess up.
This is a really easy room however to achieve at almost any budget. Target USA (unfortunately Target Australia’s range isn’t quite the same) has really stepped up their game when it comes to homewares and are coming up with some really amazing pieces which look really good for a very reasonable price. If you don’t want to spend thousands on these chairs from Pottery Barn, similar to the ones pictured above, Target has some very similar ones here and here which look almost identical, yet half the price. Similarly, One Kings Lane has identical accent chairs (well, almost, love this chair too) as pictured above for under $500, so you can get two of them for less than the price of one accent chair from Pottery Barn!
