As you might know , I’ve just returned back to New York City after spending 3 glorious weeks in Europe. Prior to this trip I hadn’t been to Europe since 2009, where my best friend and I rammed about 1o countries into a 3 week period. Least to say this last trip was much, much different!
I was lucky enough to be invited along on one my good friends family holiday to St Tropez and the Amalfi Coast. Following this, I met Laurie in Rome, however as I have way too many photos I decided to break up the posts into different parts. The pictures in this post were mostly taken on my iPhone, so excuse the quality, however I wanted to post them regardless to share with you my amazing trip. The reason that I started my blog was so I could have a place where I could write and store my pictures of my trips, so this is exactly what this post is for!
I’ve also linked below each photo the outfits that I wore, however you can also head to the SHOP section of my blog to shop my full Europe wardrobe, which includes some pieces not seen in these photos!
I began my trip in St Tropez, meeting my friend Sam at the beautiful Byblos Hotel. It was my first time visiting St Tropez, and to be honest it was a lot different than I thought it would be. I pictured glamorous people walking around with huge hats and sunglasses, driving their white Aston Martin’s to their perfectly manicured beach chairs, and soaking up the sun under their perfectly huge blue and white umbrellas while sipping on the finest French champagne. However, the city definitely didn’t disappoint, and there definitely wasn’t a shortage of glamorous people, or French champagne.
Most of our days were spent relaxing by the pool, and then heading out at night for dinner. I couldn’t think of a better way to start a holiday!
The Byblos Hotel – pastel heaven & view from our room
Typical street in St Tropez. I fell in love with the pastel pink buildings everywhere.
Alley full of restaurants.
Exploring one of the local wineries just outside of St Tropez. Sam and I are obviously laughing at how pale I am compared to her.I’M WEARING: Faithfull Top | Planet Blue Skirt | Chloe Bag | Marc Fisher Heels
The Dior store in St Tropez. You could sit out the front of the store (which was a huge mansion) and have lunch or dinner!
Flying out of St Tropez on our way to Nice Airport. Not sure exactly where along the coast this was but I’m thinking it was Cannes or somewhere along the way!
Stay tuned for the next part of my Europe trip coming early next week.
